Motivation! Most of us work harder in the presence of others. Having me by your side can provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your routine. I will help you set goals, create a plan to accomplish them and celebrate the day you reach them.
Accountability is everything! Do you find it difficult to stick with a program or habit? It’s a lot harder to skip your workout when you know I’m waiting for you.
Avoid Injury! If you are new to exercise or find that some movements are painful, it is worth hiring a trainer to be certain that you are moving in a safe and effective way. Taking the time to learn proper exercise technique can improve your results and prevent injuries.
Individual Attention! When it comes to fitness, everyone is different. I will use your unique movement patterns, experience, goals, fitness level, likes and dislikes to guide me in creating a killer plan that is specific to your needs. With a program that fits, you are more likely to maintain the habit and see results.

It's literally a greenhouse! I have all the equipment and space for killer workouts. Everything is cleaned an sanitized before and after each use.
Together via Zoom we will get you toward your goals in the comfort of your own home. I build creative and effective workout using little to no equipment.
