1st Place:  5 FREE Personal Training Sessions at TMHQ and 1 month Pedal Membership + Cash! 

2nd Place: 6 FREE Classes at TMHQ, 6  FREE Pedal classes + Cash

3rd Place: 4 FREE Classes at TMHQ, 4 FREE Pedal Classes + Cash

We will also have prizes for those who complete the workout Bingo!

What’s the Challenge?

  • InBody weigh-in and fit test
  • 4-5 workouts a week. We will provide a "bingo" sheet to help keep track. 
  • Workouts that count toward the challenge are:
  • Classes at Pedal and TMHQ 
  • Workouts provided by All In Fitness to do on your own. Home or Gym
  • Personal training sessions with  TMHQ and AIF
  • Workouts provided by TMHQ trainers


 What’s included: 

  • Basic Nutrition Guidance! 
  • 2 InBody weigh-ins – Required to be eligible to win cash/prizes for improved body composition ($60 value!)
  • Discounted class and membership rates for NEW members! 
  • 6 months of access to the All In Fitness easy-to-use platform for:

    • Detailed strength training splits if you can’t make it to a class. There’s even Yoga videos. No excuses to get your workouts in!

TheMissionHQ is part of non profit who’s mission is to help the chronically ill, elderly, and those most vulnerable in our communities live their best lives. People come for the workouts and stay for the community. All fees paid for membership, personal training, and donations go towards funding programs for those most in need.

  • The MHQ memberships include UNLIMITED classes and scheduled gym access! Classes include:

  • Boxing: A fun fast paced class that combines strength, core, conditioning, and boxing. Be prepared to sweat!

  • Boxing Bootcamp: Sometimes it’s great just to hit something! Boxing/kickboxing class focuses on mitt work and basic boxing/kickboxing principles along with easy to advanced combinations

  • High Intensity Interval Training Classes

  • Strength Training Classes

  • Glute & Abs Classes

  • Personal Training for an additional fee

  • $10 drop in classes also available for new members joining the challenge if you don't want to buy a membership!

Pedal Cycling Alameda is located within TMHQ!

We are all about fun, fitness and community. Our PEDAL instructors share their upbeat personalities, motivational playlists, and experienced knowledge to create safe workouts that are always challenging and engaging. No previous experience necessary, go at your own pace - everyone is welcome!

  • Membership includes UNLIMITTED classes. Classes include:

  • Strength Pedal: 45 min interval based cycling class that incorporates hand weights for an upper body workout.

  • Power Pedal: 45 min interval based cycling class

  • Core + Pedal Power: Upper Body Core workout followed by 30 min fun yet challenging ride

  • Core + Hiit Pedal: 20 min core work on a mat followed by 30 min of high intensity intervals.

  • $10 drop in classes also available for new members joining the challenge if you don't want to buy a membership!
